This can be useful when using paid Google Cloud Platform. If an item is already translated, there is no need to pay for it again. |

Done. It now checks if French strings were translated before, and take the latest matching translation. However I'm not sure if that string is not sent to Google, it shouldn't go to paid Translate API. |
